Joshua Sta. Ana is a founder, investor, and creator based in New York City, writing at the intersection of startups, the creator economy, and applied AI. He previously founded and led KodeGo, a Globe Telecom-backed edtech startup, where he built and scaled a career outcomes platform that trained and placed thousands of learners into tech roles. Alongside building, he
has evaluated early-stage companies through venture capital firms, family offices, and student-led funds across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the U.S., with a focus on AI-enabled products and scalable go-to-market strategies.
Joshua is currently doing Growth at an NYC-based startup studio, helping brands and creators build performance-driven partnerships, and has completed a BS/MS in Business for Social Impact & Sustainability at IE Business School (Madrid and NYC) on a full scholarship. His work
explores how modern teams win distribution, how creators evolve into businesses, and how emerging technologies reshape consumer behavior, media, and work.
